General Terms and Conditions Nail Plaza Training
Article 1 Registration for training courses/workshops
1.1 Registration for training courses and workshops takes place by ordering the training course/workshop via the
website or by means of the registration form. This can
be downloaded as a PDF file, completed and signed, and returned to:

1.2 After receipt of the registration form, the student will receive a confirmation (via e-mail) and the agreement
between the student and Nail Plaza will be concluded. The student owes the full training costs to Nail Plaza.
1.3 Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
If a training course is fully booked, Nail Plaza will immediately announce this. Nail Plaza
is entitled to cancel or change training courses in the event of insufficient participation.
1.4 During the training courses, the professional brand, Dynamic Nail Systems, from Nail Plaza will be used. These
products are available as course packages. Working with another brand during the training courses is not permitted.
1.5 Basic training courses of six (6) teaching days or more must be completed within three consecutive calendar months.
Training courses of twelve (12) teaching days or more must be completed within four consecutive calendar months.
Training courses exceeding twelve (12) teaching days must be completed within six consecutive calendar months. After
the expiry of the specified months from the start date of the training course, any outstanding
lessons will lapse and you will not receive a refund for them, unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing.
1.6 All information about students, of which Nail Plaza and employees become aware and of which it is reasonable to assume
that it is not generally known, will be treated as confidential. All
information provided to Nail Plaza will only be used for the purpose for which it was provided.
Article 2 Duration of the Training Courses/Workshops
2.1 The total training costs consist of the tuition fee, course package and work materials package.
The examination fee is not included in the training costs.
2.2 The total costs for each course are clearly stated on the Nail Plaza website www.nailplaza.nl
The duration of the various courses & workshops are also stated on the website. 2.3 Nail Plaza reserves the right to make
substantive and organizational changes to courses and workshops. Article 3 Registration fee 3.1 Each student is required to pay a deposit upon registration.



3.2 Registration for a course/workshop is only final after the deposit has been paid.
• The deposit for a course of multiple course days is € 75.00.
• The deposit for a one-day workshop is € 35.00.
• The deposit for a half-day workshop is € 20.00.
3.3 If you register within one week (7 days) before the start of the course/workshop in question, no registration fee
applies and the full course fee must be paid immediately.
Article 4 Payment
4.1 The deposit must be paid at least 7 days after receipt (date) of the invoice.
In case of late payment, interest and costs are due.
4.2 The remaining course fee and the costs of the necessary course package must
be paid on the first day of the course before the start of the lessons.
4.3 The total course fee must be paid to Nail Plaza before the start of the first day of the course.
This can also be done in advance, by bank transfer, or by transfer to
bank account number NL29 KNAB 0257 3449 42, or via iDeal/PayPal payment to the name of Nail Plaza.
4.4 Cash or PIN payment can be made before the start of the course, at the cash register at Nail Plaza.
Pinning is possible. The student will receive an invoice for all payments.
4.5 Payment in installments is only possible after this has been agreed in writing with Nail Plaza and
signed by both parties. If a student changes her mind and decides
not to follow the course she has booked, the deposit will automatically be forfeited to Nail Plaza.
4.6 If a student decides during the course to no longer follow the course, the paid course fees will
automatically be forfeited to Nail Plaza.
4.7 Course fees and deposits will not be refunded. In case of absence on a course day, the student must
inform Nail Plaza of this at least 24 hours in advance. If the student does not report his absence, or reports it too late,
Nail Plaza reserves the right to charge the full fee/tuition fee for that day.
4.8 Nail Plaza reserves the right to refuse a student if these conditions are not met.
Article 5 Planning
5.1 Courses must be followed consecutively, unauthorized absence will be
charged as a followed course day. Missed lessons, without prior cancellation, will be charged and cannot be
made up, unless otherwise agreed.
5.2 If the student arrives more than ten minutes later than the agreed time, Nail Plaza may charge for the lost time.
shorten the course/workshop and still charge the entire agreed fee, or reschedule or
cancel the course.
5.3 Nail Plaza must
report any impediment to a course/workshop to the student as soon as possible, but no later than five hours before the course/workshop. Both parties do not have to comply with these obligations
if they are hindered by force majeure. Force majeure includes what the law and case law say about it.
5.4 Nail Plaza is entitled to cancel, reschedule or change a course in the event of insufficient participation.
Article 6 Examination
6.1 Nail Plaza organizes exams at least once a year. Costs are associated with this. The exam is
administered by Nail Plaza itself and with at least one independent assessor. Upon passing the exam,
the student receives a diploma.
Article 7 Diploma
7.1 The courses are concluded with a diploma.
Workshops are concluded with a certificate of participation.
Article 8 Teaching materials
8.1 Nail Plaza provides a syllabus and/or step-by-step plan to students. The student is not
permitted to provide the content of this to third parties, to copy it or to make the content public in any way .
Article 9 Cancellation
9.1 A cooling-off period of 14 days applies to all courses and workshops longer than 2 days/4 half days.
The student can cancel the course free of charge within this period of 14 days from the moment of registration.
Cancellation is done by means of a registered letter or by email.
9.2 In the event of cancellation of a course after the cooling-off period of 14 days, the following applies:
– cancellation up to 4 weeks before the first day of the course, the registration fee is due to Nail Plaza.
– cancellation up to two weeks before the first day of the course, 25% of the tuition fee is due to Nail Plaza.
– cancellation within two weeks before the first day of the course, 50% of the tuition fee is due to Nail Plaza.
– In the event of failure to appear after the start of the course, 100% of the tuition fee is due to Nail Plaza.
9.3 The above cancellation policy does not apply to training courses/workshops of 2 days/4 half days.
Registrations for workshops of 2 days/4 half days cannot be cancelled, the total course fee remains
payable to Nail Plaza.
Article 10 Illness
10.1 If you are unable to participate in the training due to illness, you must report this to Nail Plaza in good time. In that
case, we will jointly consider when you can
catch up on the relevant lesson or lessons at the next available opportunity. Your payment obligation remains in force.
10.2 If you are unable to participate in the training at all due to illness, you must inform
Nail Plaza in writing. In that case, the management will consider when you
can catch up on lessons at the next training. Your payment obligation remains in force.
Article 11 Damage & theft
11.1 Nail Plaza has the right to claim compensation from the student if the student damages furniture, property
of others, equipment, products, etc.
11.2 Nail Plaza always reports theft to the police.
Article 12 Prices
Nail Plaza reserves the right to change the contents of packaging, prices, articles and colours.
Nail Plaza also reserves the right to replace products or remove them from the collection. Price changes and printing errors
reserved.
Article 13 Complaints
13.1 Nail Plaza keeps a complaints register.
Complaints can be submitted in writing up to 2 weeks after the end of a training/workshop to:

13.2 Complaints will be processed no later than 4 weeks after the date of receipt.
If the complaint cannot be resolved satisfactorily, Nail Plaza will refer the complaint to an independent
complaints committee. The advice of the complaints committee is binding.
